How does the engraving work, I hear you ask?
1. Order your engraving with me here, with an idea of what perfume you're going to buy, so you know how much wording and colour infill you'd like.
2. Order the item and arrange for it to be posted to me (please email me at hello@lk-designs.co.uk for my address with your order number and the perfume brand/name you'd like engraving). I will not release my address until the order has gone through.
If you're posting yourself, please ensure the perfume is well packaged with lots of bubble wrap and paper within the box, to prevent breakages! Paying for postage online with the Royal Mail can also work out a bit cheaper than the Post Office.
Or save on postage by ordering the perfume directly to me from the retailer. Just don't forget to order the engraving first, in order to get my address ☺️
3. Once the item has been received with me, I will draft up the wording you've requested in the personalisation box and send to you for approval.
Wording can be completely personalised, although please bear in mind how big the item is and how much writing can potentially fit on it around labels! I can only engrave on flat, smooth glass, although the item itself can be round in shape.
Engraving ideas include "[Name]", "Bride", "Groom", "Mrs", "Mr" and your wedding date, or a short phrase/quote "happy birthday", "merry Christmas", "love you Mum" etc.
A short date (e.g. 29/02/2020) will equal one word, a long date (e.g. 29th February 2020) will equal two words.
4. Once approved, I'll engrave the item for you and apply the coloured wax you've specified on your order. This is available in gold, silver, rose gold or black.
5. The item will then be posted to you in its original packaging and postage will be tracked with Royal Mail.
The Tracked 48 service is included as standard. There's an option to upgrade to Tracked 24 at checkout if you'd prefer. Postage is only available within the UK.

No refunds/returns available due to the personalised nature of the engraving.
