How does the engraving work, I hear you ask?

1. Order your engraving with me here, with an idea of what cake knife/slice you're going to buy, so you know how much wording you'd like.

2. Order the item and arrange for it to be posted to me (please email me at hello@lk-designs.co.uk for my address with your order number and a description of the cake knife/slice you'd like engraving, so I know it's yours!). I will not release my address until the order has gone through.

If you're posting yourself, please ensure everything is well packaged with lots of bubble wrap and paper within the box! Paying for postage online with the Royal Mail can also work out a bit cheaper than the Post Office.

Or save on postage by ordering directly to me from the retailer. Just don't forget to order the engraving first, in order to get my address ☺️

3. Once the item has been received with me, I will draft up the wording you've requested in the personalisation box and send a photo to you via email for approval.

Engraving ideas include your names, Mr & Mrs/Mr & Mr/Mrs & Mrs, Mr & Mrs [Surname] and your wedding date too. This listing includes the above on both items as standard, but if there's any other wording you'd like, please get in touch prior to ordering and I'll see what I can do! 

4. Once approved, I'll engrave the item for you and post to you in the original packaging.

Please see "Delivery and return policies" for lead times, plus postage. Postage is only available within the UK. This item will only be sold to those over 18 years old. Proof of age may be required.

No refunds/returns available due to the personalised nature of the engraving.
